How long will my order take to ship?

Due to infrequent products and shipping times, each item has its own shipping time that will be shown at checkout and in the confirmation email upon ordering.


How will I know when my order gets canceled?


An email will be sent to the email provided at checkout regarding the canceled item and why it was canceled.


What if I want to cancel my order?

 

If the consumer no longer needs the order, you may contact our support team and cancel the order within 24 hours of the order.


What if I want to cancel my order after 24 hours deadline?


Unfortunately due to our commitment to getting your order shipped out ASAP, after the 24 hours deadline the consumer will have to wait for the item to be delivered and can make a fast and easy return with our support team. 


What if my order comes damaged? 


If the order comes damaged when delivered, The consumer can reach out to the support team within 72 hours of delivery and request a full refund with shipping cost included.


What if I want to return my item?


If you no longer have a need or want your item and would like to return it, We are committed to following our return policy and helping you have a fast and easy return.

  • The return must be made within 30 days of the order being delivered. If the return is made after 30 days it will no longer be accepted to return.

  • How is Covid 19 affecting shipping times?


    Unfortunately due to Covid 19, Shipping times will be extended until further notice.
